What exactly is CNC?

CNC stands for Computerized Numerical Control. The most common machines that are controlled by a numerical control system with a microcomputer are usually milling machines and lathes. These machines produce complex shapes extremely precisely and quickly. CNC makes machining of any material convenient, easy, fast and economical.

In our offer you can also find services marked with this abbreviation. These are mainly CNC turning and milling. Both services are performed on computer-controlled machines. In the case of CNC milling, we refer to services provided thanks to a modern Chiron 23 vertical machining centre, model FZ 18L from the High Speed series. This centre is distinguished by high efficiency, working speed, precision and reliability. The machining area of this centre enables us to mill parts with dimensions of 400x400x2000 mm, while smaller parts are made on machines from the Brother TC-32A and Chiron FZ12 series intended for large batches. As far as CNC turning is concerned, we carry out turning operations on lathes that allow us to produce a wide variety of parts as well as large series from fi 3 mm to 50 mm.

Both services are performed in our plant in Strzelce Krajeńskie, ul. Cmentarna 4, Lubuskie voivodship. We encourage companies from all over the country and abroad to regularly cooperate in the field of CNC turning and milling services. We guarantee repeatability of shape, accuracy and speed of order processing.
