New machines at our plant

We are pleased to announce the addition of two new machines to our fleet:

• an electric bending brake powered by servomotors from DENER, type SERVOBRAKE 4015 (no hydraulic system)
• a hydraulic bending brake by DENER, type PUMA XL model 220-30.

Both machines are state-of-the-art, certified bending brakes of high quality and durability, which translates into a long service life. Both machines are also computer-controlled, i.e. their operation is controlled by modern software, which has a significant impact on the quality of the final product. The PUMA bending brake is controlled by ESA, DELEM or CYBELEC (your choice), while the SERVOBRAKE is controlled by DENER or DELEM.

The 40-tonne SERVOBRAKE 4015 bending brake is electrically powered and only uses electricity when the slider is lowered. Even when the machine is not in use, it does not consume any electricity because there is no pump in the system, as is the case with hydraulic presses. As a result, the bending brake consumes 50% less energy than conventional hydraulic presses. In addition, the bending brake is approximately 30% faster than hydraulic presses and generates less noise. The servomotors are controlled by inverters, allowing the machine to run for hours on end.

In contrast, the 220-tonne bending brake has four-axis X,Y1,Y2,R control as standard. This modern and safe bending brake will meet all expectations of our domestic and foreign customers.
