Information regarding the protection and processing of personal data

In matters related to the processing and protection of personal data, a contact point in the form of an e-mail address has been designated: poczta@prometalform.eu. Contact in indicated cases is also possible in the form of traditional correspondence to the address of the administrator with the note: "Personal Data Protection" and in person in administrators office.
The personal data provided by you will be processed for the following purposes:
- perform the contract concluded with the Administrator, as well as take action at your request before its conclusion, in particular, to answer inquiries regarding the services and goods provided, until the end of the contract,
- direct marketing - until the end of the contract or the submission of objections,
- financial and accounting - processing is necessary for the implementation of tax law,
- defense against claims and pursuing claims - until the period of claims expires in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code,
- conducting complaint processes.
You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data transfer, the right to raise objections (eg if the data is processed on the basis of your consent or for marketing purposes or sharing your data); you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To withdraw your consent, you can contact the customer service center at our head office or by sending an e-mail to: poczta@prometalform.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including they will not be profiled.
Providing your personal data is fully voluntary, however, the lack of data will be an obstacle to the conclusion of the contract and the provision of services by us.
