Sheet metal processing

Sheet metal processing

Technological developments also have a major impact on sheet metal processing. It is most beneficial for any plant to invest in sheet metal processing with computer numerical control (CNC) machines. This will make the technical parameters of the sheet metal working processes more efficient, faster, higher quality and perfect. Nowadays, modern machines have numerous functions that not only make the work of the machine operator easier, but also translate into higher productivity.

Modern machines are performing more and more tasks autonomously. Obviously, they do this without the operator s direct involvement, as the operator uploads a pre-prepared software code. A very good way to automate is also robotised sheet metal processing, i.e. a robot works alongside the actual sheet metal working machine. Increasingly, the cooperation of the robot, the machine and possibly a human being is taking on various configurations that greatly speed up production.

In our plant, we also make use of state-of-the-art solutions that increase the efficiency of sheet metal bending. To this end, we use high-quality bending machines from leading manufacturers such as Amada and Durma, with maximum pressures of up to 320 tonnes, which allows us to bend sheets up to 4,000 mm in length with material thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 12 mm. It is important to remember that sheet bending is part of the production cycle and is followed by smoothing and painting, which ultimately leads to a metal component in the form of a semi-finished product.

Our full range of sheet metal bending is available on our website and on our profiles in social media, where you are most welcome.
