TAWERS Technology of Our Welding Robot

We provide welding services using the TAWERS TM 1800 WG3 welding robot from Panasonic. We are pleased that our manufacturer - Panasonic - delivers an integrated welding system that provides us with advanced technology in our daily material processing operations. This technology allows us to:

The TAWERS technology enables welding using MIG/MAG/TIG methods, and when combined with the WG3 controller, it introduces a new feature called Weld Navigation. This feature allows us to select the most advantageous current and voltage parameters, while Weld Navigation automatically calculates the recommended values. Thanks to this solution, the welding process is faster and easier.

The Panasonic TAWERS TM 1800 WG3 welding robot is equipped with other features such as:

• Hyper Dip Pulse
• Arc LiftStart - spatter-free arc initiation
• Arc LiftEnd - a function to avoid craters in the weld.
