In today's world, success in the metal processing industry depends not only on experience and qualified personnel, but above all on having a modern machine park. At Pro Metal Form, we understand this perfectly, which is why we systematically invest in the most advanced technologies that allow us to provide services at the highest level. Our machines are a guarantee of precision, efficiency, and reliability – values we place first in every project we undertake.
Pro Metal Form specializes in comprehensive metal processing, offering its clients a wide range of welding and machining services. Our machine park has been meticulously selected to handle even the most demanding projects – from individual components to production runs. We provide services in laser cutting of sheets and pipes, robotic welding, CNC sheet bending, and many other metal forming processes.
All our machines are regularly serviced and modernized, which guarantees their reliability and consistently high quality of services provided. Moreover, our technical staff regularly participates in training sessions and industry trade fairs, both domestically and abroad, which allows us to continuously implement the latest technological solutions and optimize production processes.
One of the pillars of our operations is laser cutting of sheets, which we perform using the most advanced Trumpf laser cutting machine with a Fiber source and TruDisk 6 kW laser power. This is a new generation device that stands out for its exceptional precision, speed, and energy efficiency.
The disk laser (Fiber) produces a wavelength of only 1.03 µm – that's 10 times less than traditional CO₂ lasers. Thanks to this, energy is much better absorbed by the material, which translates into faster cutting while maintaining the highest quality and dimensions of processed parts. Our cutting machine can cut sheets with thickness from 0.2 to 25 mm at speeds reaching up to 50,000 mm/min in highspeed mode.
Our laser cutting machine enables processing of sheet metal on a 2D plane with dimensions of 3000 x 1500 mm. By using nitrogen for cutting, we obtain part surfaces free of oxides, which eliminates the need for additional machining operations such as sandblasting or edge grinding. We can therefore immediately proceed to further stages of the production process – welding or painting the component.
Particular attention should be paid to the advanced technologies available in our machine:
Our Fiber laser handles a wide spectrum of materials:
Moreover, our cutting machine can cut steel with various surfaces – from matte to mirror-finish – which is an innovation in the industry and opens up new application possibilities.
Thanks to advanced software and program optimization by our highly specialized programmers and technologists, we are able to significantly reduce the production cost of cut components. The new design of nozzles used in highspeed or BrightLine cutting, despite higher cutting speeds, uses significantly less gas needed for cutting. All this translates into competitive prices for our services while maintaining the highest quality and short delivery times.
A natural complement to our sheet laser cutting services is the laser cutting of pipes, profiles, and special sections, which we perform using a modern ADIGE LT 8.20 laser cutter with Fiber technology and a tilting head allowing cutting at angles up to 45°.
The specifics of our laser cutter enable us, even in a fully automatic cycle, to cut materials up to 6500 mm in length, as well as produce finished elements up to 6500 mm long. This is a cutter with the highest flexibility and efficiency on the market.
The latest laser scanning systems used for the processed material to achieve the highest cutting precision give us high accuracy for the position of cut geometry and allow us to maintain smooth edges and a clean surface without scratches and chips.
The ADIGE cutter has been equipped with the latest technological solutions:
Our technology enables laser cutting of materials with the following geometry:
In terms of materials, we can cut:
Laser cutting of pipes and profiles is a technology that opens up completely new possibilities for companies, allowing them to shorten and simplify the production process, saving time and money. This is a natural complement to our offering as a manufacturer of comprehensive metal components.
